About Author :
Dr. T.C. Gupta has an extraordinary caliber and significant academic achievements. He secured second position in his Masters Degree Examination in 1968 in Punjab University, Chandigarh. He started his career as a Teacher and Researcher with Defence Research and Development Oganization, New Delhi. He has done his Ph.D. in Statistics . He has worked for many years as a Research Scientist with Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi and Served there as Deputy Director General. During the past decade he has visited various countries - USA, Canada, Italy, Hongkong and Singpore. He has attended many Scientific Conferences in India and abroad and presented his original research papers. He has to his credit several research publications in Biostatistics in the National and International Journals of great repute. He is an experienced teacher and researcher.
