The Feluda Mysteries: Danger In Darjeeling features Feluda, Topshe and Lalmohan Ganguli, who head to Darjeeling to see a movie filming wherein they investigate the murder of a crime historian. Spurred into action, Feluda embarks on an adventure to solve the mystery.

The Feluda Mysteries: Danger In Darjeeling, as the title denotes, is set in Darjeeling. The lush environment is the perfect setting for this action packed adventure. Lalmohan Babu is invited to view the shooting of a film based on the best selling mystery novel he wrote. Feluda and Topshe tag along on this exciting trip. Upon arriving at their destination, they meet Virupaksha Majumdar, a crime historian, who is a man with many secrets and a precious treasure.

Things soon take a turn for the worse when Virupaksha is murdered and his treasure is stolen. Feluda hits another stumbling block when the prime suspect also dies. Unravelling the historian's past will hand him the keys to the present. Feluda himself is attacked, but miraculously survives the lethal encounter. Shady secrets, a race against time and complicated mystery makes The Feluda Mysteries: Danger In Darjeeling a thrilling story. Feluda’s wit and intelligence make him an intriguing hero. With the help of his ever faithful sidekicks, the detective must solve this mystery as soon as possible.

About the Authors

Subhadra Sen Gupta is a writer specializing in historical fiction, travel writing, non fiction, detective and ghost stories including scripting for comics. Her works include Mom & Me: 10 Super Stories About Moms, Beware In The Graveyard: Satyajit Ray's The Feluda Mysteries, The Feluda Mysteries: Murder By The Sea, and Girls of India: A Mauryan Adventure. Subhadra Sen Gupta holds a Master’s degree in History. Writing has been her passion since her college days. She has worked as a copywriter in various advertising agencies. Her books namely Jodh Bai, A Clown for Tenali Rama, and Twelve O-Clock Ghost Stories have won the White Raven Award at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.

Tapas Guha is a renowned illustrator involved in creating comic strips. His style is inspired from the Tintin, Phantom, and Mandrake comics with inspiration from Satyajit Ray.

The quintessential private detective

A great way to revive the classic detective and introduce to the present generation, the marvelous Feluda!

The story-telling is quite good, only the dialogues are a bit stilted and do not go with the characters .

The art work is stunning in parts. A great buy.
