    Deanne Panday is reputed as one of India’s top health and fitness experts. She has been very instrumental in keeping in adequate shape several of India’s fittest persons for the last fifteen years.

    Contemporary but very light on coverage

    If you are a couch potato, lack energy & focus and stressed out this book may get you started. The book explains (with short background stories) what could cause stress - the "whys" and the physiological and hormonal changes your body would go through - the "hows". And, that's about it. I find the "hows" lacking rigor and technically very shallow in detail.

    Very Well Written book

    The author has done full justice to the book. Unlike so many other books on weightloss, this has a holistic approach. The author teaches us to train our mind to bring down stress levels, explains why stress is caused in first place and how to meditate. Fantastic aids on breathing techniques written in straight forward language that can be understood by 'dummies' and illustrated examples of various asanas one can incorporate in daily life.
