Prafull Anubhai has himself been associated with the IIM-A with over 40 years and is the chairman of Ahmedabad University’s board of management. He did his graduation in BSc from London School of Economics and attended the PMD Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Governing Council of Ahmedabad Education Society. Currently, he is also the Honorary Director of Saptak Archives, an institution dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of Indian Classical Music. A music connoisseur, Prafull Anubhai spearheads Saptak’s latest initiative of digitising Indian classical music for posterity. He has 30 years of experience as a Chief Executive of Textile Manufacturing Operations and presently he is the Director in several leading companies – Unichem Laboratories Ltd., Vardhman Textiles Ltd., Birla Sun Life Trustee Co.Pvt. Ltd., GRUH Finance Ltd., Torrent Cables Ltd., The EMSAF – Mauritius. He is also on the boards of many other smaller companies.
