    Fantastic book

I picked up this book when I read that it was shortlisted for a major international award and I have to say that each and every story was a gem.

There are very few books that take you on a journey that is both emotional and semantic. Poised and elegant, this collection of short stories is one of the best I've ever read.

    Bravo!

Never read such a bunch of pessimistic stories.

Title of book is the biggest irony -- should have been RIP
Even a very vague ray of goodness visible while reading the stories would be wiped clean in the end.
It would often result in anti-climax thus leaving a very bad taste in your mouth.
Guess the author was going through a really bad phase of life while scribbling this.
Some stories have shades of Jhumpa Lahiri's NRI characters struggling to find their identity in USA.

If you had just got a divorce or split with your gf/bf or been si...
