Mr. Mohd Irfan Khan is a Director of Judicial Adda Institute and Practicing Advocate, Delhi High Court and running a firm in the name & style of MIK & Associates in New Delhi. He is doing practice in the field of Company Law, Labour Laws, GST, Trademark, Income Tax and other corporate laws. He has been appearing in various Gov. Offices and Tribunals i.e. National Company Law Tribunal, GST Bhawan, and Employees State Insurance Regional Offices since long time and having vast experience to tackle the civil cases. Apart from the legal practice, he is also much passionate in teaching and associated as a Subject Expert with Residential Coaching Academy, Judicial Service, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He is also authored a book titled as “Guide on Rajasthan Judicial Service, Civil Judge Cadre”. Mr. Khan is a master in Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and also graduate in Law from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Mr. Khan qualified Company Secretary Exams from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been posted as a Manager Legal in a shoe manufacturing company in Chennai. After a few months, he started his own practice in above mentioned areas. He has a good knowledge of interpretation of laws and his core area is taxation, civil, mercantile and corporate laws.
