Kuch Bheege Panne includes every said and unsaid emotion, happiness and sadness that we all face, a wish to see the world where love is seen as love and is not conditioned, the trauma that sticks to us, the grief that we feel deep within our soul, and much more. It reminds us that we don’t need to be strong every time; we can put down our weapons, rest, and fight another day. It is a reminder that when we love someone, we don’t love the gender, we love the person, as love sees no bias; love is love. The book salutes people who fight their demons every day. It recognises the pain each one of us goes through because of our grief, trauma, conditioning, and societal judgement. It is a humble attempt to remind us that we are on this journey together.
