  • Description
The Backward Classes of our country are more and more neglected. But the name that is not heard much in civil society discussion is also these groups. The research done by various commissions and committees about the development and progress of the backward classes and proposed recommendations helped to identify the "problem of the backward classes" as a national problem. But since the first National Commission for backward classes kaka kalelkar Commission has recognized that not all the backward communities are the same and there are social, economical and political disparities between different castes in BC's, the second National Commission for backward classes (Mandal Commission) and many commissions indifferent states especially the Anantha Raman Commission in our state have recognized this problem more clearly. Castes with multi cultural, multi social backgrounds and multi wordly outlooks of life are in this BC category. The inclusion of some dominant castes in the BC list has aggravated the problem, thereby further neglected and neglecting the truly backward communities. I had to write these works to solve the problem by putting this truth before the society and discussing it.
