"Kundan Singh is an IDSE cadre officer of Military Engineer Services. A Civil Engg graduate from MNNIT Allahabad & post graduate from IIT Delhi, he is MBA in O&R and PGDHRD. Having more than three decades experience in planning, design, execution & management of large, complex & multidisciplinary projects, he has successfully turned around many a sick project under his command and control. He has authored two books pertaining to construction project management which have widely been appreciated by working professionals and student community as well. Prof. M L Kansal is Professor (HAG) and currently NEEPCO Chair Professor & Former Head of Water Resources Development & Management Department at IIT Roorkee. He was Executive Vice President of Indian Water Resources Society and is Fellow member of several professional societies. A Civil Engg graduate with postgraduation in Water Resources Engg, he has published more than 160 research papers & guided about 200 no. of UG & PG students. He has visited several countries as visiting faculty and researcher and acted as reviewer for several International Journals of repute.
