Very well sealed. I still use the original container and seal by placing in into the cover and the powder is still dry and without moisture despite humidity in air.
I am in no way a hard-core 'gymmer' so I cannot tangibly gauge my gains. But I can definitely say I have seen improvement in this days of usage!
