If you lack protein in your diet go for it
Although its nothing more than peanut powder, but if you lack protein in your regular diet (specially if you are vegetarian), this is a good way to make up for proteins.
Eating raw peanuts would yield same results, but I believe mixing a spoon ful of power in a glass of hot milk is easier (/convenient/quicker) than eating hand full of peanuts.
Although there i price to his convenience (at least in monetary terms)

Very nice 👍👍👍 but Test same of coffee ...use Recommend Little hot water or Milk & Sugar added .. Protinex 2-3 Teaspoon as your requirement

Good product for daily health supliment. There is one more good thing is, it can be used with cold and warm milk both. It is better than all the other health drink these days in market accept those which are highly recommended for gym going people( but those products are too expensive in comparison with protienex). So Protienex is best among all other product. Just one bad thing some people may feel it is not tasty. But I like it's taste.
