Soft, squishy, bouncy and propulsive. All thanks to the amazing foam and the plate. Sum people face heel slippage and blisters... So do watch out for those (i faced only minor heel slippage)

Great shoes from puma. Earlier i was sceptical about the quality but when i recieve them my qualm goes away. They are legit and good for all sorts of running be it easy run fast run or recovery run they will excell in all categories
And i also use the velocity nitro which also great shoe but it on medium stack height but this is truly maximalist category.

Puma has truly made a great line of shoes in 2021. From not even comparable to the big players, the nitro line of shoes, especially the Velocity Nitro & Deviate Nitro have made the brand directly complete with Nike, Adidas, New Balance & Asics.

• Carbon plate in the deviate version really helps the energy return.
• Good upper. I wish there were more colour choices with slightly muted colours.
