Wonderful
sunflower seeds adding mostly in my breakfast and sometimes my fruit bowl gets really filled with value filled nutrition. I sun dry them for a bit and lightly roast in the oven under low, gradual decreasing temperature. I always get a crunchy and fulfilling taste to everything
