I had purchased this product a few weeks ago. The delivery was fine but the product we received was broken, well not on the whole but a part of it we found was broken while setting it up. We had to contact the pure it customer care for a demo and they fixed it later, so i must say, the pure it service is amazing! but I will think twice before buying any other electronic product from Flipkart.

Product is good. The water is clean as far as i know and tastes good. The problem is the capacity. 14L is misleading, the real capacity of the product is 2 liters. This is the amount of water that you can pour in at a time. After this 2 liter is purified and fills the lower container, which takes a hour, you have the option of pouring 2 more liters and it stays in the upper container and feeds to the lower container as it is emptied. I got a damage product..carbon processor the main product is damage...i want to return it exchange it..
Plss give me a new product...nd before delivery you have to check it...

if bottom container is full - then water is leaking (filter is not stopping water when bottom container is full)
