The gummies does not work if you are troubled emotionally and are trying to sleep with your head full of thoughts. You thoughts overwhelm and it has little effect on your body and mind.

I usually sleep after 1AM and due to some recent ups and downs in life I couldn't get sleep at night. Tried this and it worked like a charm atleast for the night hours.

Deep sleep for 7hrs
But it feels little dizzy for the whole day sometimes otherwise everything else is excellent.
