This warranty is a structural warranty that covers delamination, edge-band peeling and borer infection. It also covers any bend more than 5mm, caused due to manufacturing defects and not due to wear and tear. The warranty is only applicable if the customer does not do any external work on the products by an outside agency after purchase. In such a case, the warranty provided by the company will not apply to both engineered wood, hardware or accessories.
Not Covered in Warranty	The warranty will not be applicable to - - products exposed to moisture. - physical damage caused due to inappropriate use and/or external damage caused by force / accident - surface damage due to cleaning the product with a rough, coarse material and products. There might be slight color variation between two products due to differences in the batch of boards from the manufacturer. The color of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to screen resolution and color setting of the device. This will not be considered as a mismatch for replacements.
