Highly recommended
I feel very comfortable with car steering knob which has fit well on the steering wheel of my car (Honda Amaze). When I'm driving I'll use only the steering wheel of the car. For the turnings which need the high rotation of steering wheel only I'll use the steering knob for the sake of turning the car successfully and comfortably. Don't use the steering knob when driving the car on the highway.
