I've tried many whey proteins, and this one stands out with its impressive profile. This whey protein is a solid choice for anyone serious about their fitness goals. The 27 grams of protein per serving is great, and the 11 grams of EAAs are a huge bonus for muscle recovery and growth. The flavor is decent, though not the best I've had, and it mixes okay with a bit of shaking. Overall, a very good product that I will continue to use.

Good, genuine product. Comes with a verification code which can be checked on the guardian website. I find a little too sweet for my taste, but otherwise its easy to mix. Add a scoop in a bottle, give it a good shake, your shake is ready
