Quantum Mechanics by Leonard Schiff
A perfect text book at entry level in undergraduate/ graduate level in Physics as well as in Mathematics, also for engineering courses . A lucid style for students, not too mathematical but fundamentals of mathematics side is adequate. There are some chapters on advance level quantum mechanics also and relativistic quantum mechanics. Though the book is age old, it is a permanent source of reference and inspiration. The latest edition is 2010

Standard textbook on Quantum Mechanics
This is a standard textbook on Quantum Mechanics and gives a complete mathematical and technical description of Quantum Mechanics. This book requires knowledge of Old quantum theory and so it's better to read a book on Modern Physics before attempting this book. The book is dry and gives a mathematical and abstract picture of Quantum Mechanics so it will be useful to mainly Physics students of B.Sc.

donot buy this book
This is not at all a good book .. it is well know that this book mainly consists of Julian Schwinger's lecture notes .. very skimpy (cause its based on notes) , explanations are not good .. emphasis is more on technical development than on conceptual development .. standard problems , small typesetting makes it hard to read (fault of publishers) .. buy Merzbacher instead or J.J.Sakurai ..
