The build quality is good. The comfort is good. The sound quality is good. Mic quality is also good. The design is innovative and I personally loved the mic placement. The product deserves 5 stars but because one problem.. The headphone bass vibration does not seem To work at times even after turning on and off. Delivery service great. Keep It up flipkart
