The Rab Ascent Jacket The Rab Ascent Jacket is a very warm down jacket with a durable water resistant Pertex Endurance fabric face. Cut a bit longer in the body and with a detachable hood, it's ideal for trekking and travel in colder climates. The 330g (Large) of 650 fill duck down filling makes the Ascent Jacket very warm but also relatively light. The outer fabric is Pertex Endurance which is water resistant so ideal for snow or spindrift and also very durable. Stitch-through baffle construction prevents the fill from spreading or bunching, so there'll be no cold spots. Handwarmer pockets and the fleece lined neck baffles mean the Ascent Jacket is equally at home on the winter walk to work as it is on the mountain or the crag. The detachable hood is helmet compatible and has a wired, positionable peak. Velcro cuffs and a pull drawcord let you seal yourself in completely from drafts, keeping you weatherproof.
