Flipkart service is excellent gyser is working well and all the documents delivered well... good design and great for 4 members family.. only one clearification is required that only standard installation is free the Racold installation representative has took the charges of pipe costing Rs 430/-.

Product looks classy.
Color combination is quite good.
Water heats rapidly.
Best in this price segment.
Installation is not free, you need to pay for installation and for pipes and connectors ( Approx 600 rs ).

perfect companion for the new age home ! wanted a good shower geyser with less standing loss and this fits the bill ! very good looking and perfectly goes with my bathroom ! very good shade of gold and ivory white !
The temperature can be controlled and the water gets heated ror a shower in perfect 8-10 minutes ! go for it ! Racold is a well knows barsnd and proves it worth yet again !

delivered ontime..but Flipkart did not place installation request..so as soon as it delivered..I myself placed the request to Racold..and installation is done less than a day....

Terrific purchase
When i was in 10th class(2004).My parents purchase a Gyser.that was our first ever gyser and the brand we purchase at that time that was racold.that gyser work for us around 17 years.
And now we replace that old one with this.
We personally had no doubt on quality of RACOLD.
We are fully satisfied with gyser performance and racold service(Free installation).

Slightly disappointed
Product is good...we can get the highest temperature hot water only....If you want to get a warm water you can't set the temperature and if you reduce knob level it is not getting heat at all..you can keep the knob at max level only...it takes 25 mins to heat 10 litres of water...
