A:Very useful product, takes very less time to produce hot water (5-10 minutes). Racold company people came and installation was done free of cost.

Q:monthly electric bill consume
A:as per of your use. It's power is 2kW. that means 1 hr of continuous running it consumes 2 units of electricity. it takes 25 minutes to heat up the water(it depends on temperature setting).

Good
It is making lot of sound while heating the water. Complained to racold customer care. It took around 25 days for the technical team to attend to the complaint . that too after 100 times calling them everyday...
Very poor customer support..
Finally they told that it sounds like that if ground water is salty...but it is scary to listen those sounds while bathing.
