A:3 KW heating element is present in the water heater. There are not star ratings in Instant Water Heaters, Star Ratings are given in case of Storage Water Heater i.e. 6 Ltr. 10 Ltr. 15 Ltr. 25 Ltr. etc

Bad quality
Product Quality is overall. Racold 3 liters cut off 3pi Power plug and water inlet water testing valve. Current Valve not friendly and complex. Hanging Hooks also not provided. But instant Heating Quality is really good.
