Definitely instant heating. And Product appears also good. I got this product on Big Billions Day of Flipkart for discounted price. I installed myself as its very easy for me.
What missing is basic ravel pins and screws not provided. Also guideline strip like bajaj providing which very helpful while drilling for screws. I did some calculation and drill the same.

Really Nice
Attractive appearance.Good for bathroom usage as we get running hot water within 3 minutes.The output quantity as well as heat is enough for anyone.Can be used by both big and small family.I have given one star less as we have to buy plug, inlet and outlet hoses and other accessories extra which increases the cost apart from installation charges to the local plumber.

very good geyser... if the water is not too cold this will do good duty. You have to purchase 2 pipes (cold water in and hot water out). The moment you start the geyser and tap the mild hot water will come out. if you want more hot water than you have to wait for 5 mins. Overall good and serve my purpose.
