Bought for home usage and this review is from the perspective of a gamer and a few hours usage per day (about 2-3). It's a bit long, so thank you for your patience.

Packaging: Came in a big box, decently packed. didn't have any bubble wraps, just plain plastic covering and cardboard.

Assembly: it arrived in 3 sections that we have to assemble. the seat, wheel assembly and the gas lift. Instruction manual was a one page diagram that showed what to do in an extremely vague way. the only word ...

build quality is good. nice ergonomics, but no reclining option, it's a fixed back support...arm rest height cannot be adjusted, so if you are 175cm + in height, you may have to lower your shoulder to rest your elbow, that's gonna cause some discomfort.. longer hours of sitting would give you sore shoulder....besides, the frame is plastic, so the ideal pricing should be around 4K.. delivery was done as promised... packaging was good and instruction sheet for easy assembly..

The product overall is good, But in back of the chair there is more plastic and it's not look much strong.

The chair is not good for longer hours. The chairs build is weak

Over cost

Good chair but might feel too tall for some people. I am 5'11" and the chair's lowest adjustment feels tall for some reason. And the chair starts creaking randomly at times too. But overall comfortable to sit on and work/game for hours.

Very high quality product with simple installation. It is even better in person than in the pictures and all features perform as expected. All my friends and family are impressed too!

My Recommendation is don't buy this product. Not comfortable at all to sit. The wheels are terrible. Overall very poor quality product. You will find many better option in this price. Don't buy it, if u do buy it you will regret.

The chair is comfortable but it is bent on one side. I am not sure how to fix it but it’s causing lot of Back ache
