An excellent buy

I purchased this book on recommendation with intention to learn and appreciate one of the greatest epics of Indian culture, and I stand proud of my decision. Not only is it a great read, but at many points throughout the book the efforts that author made for in-depth grasp of moral values (dharma and karma) with motive of practical implementation, stands to be appreciated. All this with subtlety and rather further enriching the flow of the story is truly commendable. I was visualising scenes ...

Very Good book..!!:)

Easy to understand.. Chapters are arranged in a very systematic way, feels good to read..:)

Could have been more descriptive about the scenarios in each chapter, but for the ones who just have to know the simplified Ramayana story this book is good..!!

Very good for the ones who doesnt know anything about Ramayana and wants to know about it fast..!!:)

Brilliant

I read this book when I was 10 and as a child I tremendously enjoyed reading this book. Mr.Rajagopalachari (Writer) has narrated this story in a marvelous and understandable way that the reader will go on reading this book, excited like a child.
And at the end Mr.Rajagopalachari has given a glossary to make the book more and more awe-inspiring. As a reader and a believer in god I hugely enjoyed the book.

An interesting story retold

The author tells epic story from his perspective pointing out the apparent differences at intervals between the Valmiki and Kamban Ramayanas. The book makes up for a good reading with some advices on conduct and character from the author himself. This book perfectly complements the author’s Mahabharata.
