Ramco Barakkat Rouge 919 is a part of the Oud series. It is an oriental spicy scent that plays on density and fluidity. The perfume is a blend of Oud with Cinnamon, Saffron, and Copahu balm. Velvet Oud is described as having a strong presence of oud, which is blended with saffron to create a unique and captivating scent. The fragrance is considered to be far oudier than the previous three fragrances in the series. It has some of those bizarre aspects of barnyard oud that take some time to adjust to. The saffron feels amped up here, becoming slightly suede-like before retreating in the drydown to something warmer and more oriental.
