Add 560ml. water into this mix and whip it. Add crushed chilli, ginger and garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before steaming. Steaming Dhokla for 15 minutes. Sizzle mustard seeds, sesame seeds and hing in 25g oil and pour it over the Dhokla. Garnish hot Dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney. Makes 45 Dhokla (approx. 20g each)
