Ramji Londonwaley  (DVD Hindi)

Directed by Sanjay Dayma, Ramji Londonwale is a Hindi comedy drama film that stars Filmfare Award-winner R. Madhavan, Samita Bangargi, Satish Ravilal Shah and 3-time National Film Award-winner Amitabh Bachchan who makes a guest appearance in this flick. Ramji Londonwaley tells the tale of Ramji Tiwari, a brilliant cook, who, after his parents passed away, had to take care of Parvati, his sister, all by himself. Ramji wants to get Parvati married to a man from a well-to-do family, hence, he arranges one, however, they demand a large amount of money for dowry. Ramji, banking on the money that he’ll get from the dowry of his own marriage, says that he‘ll arrange the sum to his sister's father-in-law. However, after his to-be-wife elopes with another man, he finds himself in a tough spot. Soon though, Ramji’s cooking talent is spotted by a man and he offers Ramji a job in the United Kingdom at his cousin brother’s shop. Unfortunately, once Ramji reaches there, he finds out that his employer is no more. Now, having hit rock bottom, Ramji must somehow find a way to fix his own life and that of his sister’s.
