Great product
I work night shifts so work pressure is double the norm so I bought these with a big doubt on its effectiveness. Took one per day for a month and I could focus better and overthinking is less and depression plus loneliness can't come near. I couldn't realise until it ran out of pills. You might not believe so try it yourself..
