Really Nice
When I look at Rasayanam ingredients, I find it similar to Garden of life supplements. All plant based, have best source of ingredients, all natural etc. i took these for 2 months and I didn't face any side effect. I didn't find any difference in my health as I have other health problems but the quality seems OK to me.
Few people in review reported issue in digestion. I think its because of ashwagandha which is not suitable to everyone. They should not include in it.
