Superb product. I take 2 capsule a day and my B12 level is increasing from 112pg/mL to 309pg/mL within a month so If you have B12 deficiency then you definitely go for Rasayanam Plant Base B12 Capsule. Great option than other.😊😊🙏🙏

Simply awesome
Very effective and easy on digestion. I had B12 deficiency with reading of 110. Started taking this supplement and after 1 month of taking this supplement twice a day, when got my B12 tested, reading was 270. So I am no more B12 deficient. I will continue taking this supplement as it helps me keeping me energetic and avoid B12 deficiency.
