Delightful
A good exercising equipment for home... light weight easy to use... Initially the spring is tough to to pull but as you continue to work with it, the spring starts loosing it's tension and gets easier day by day... Haven't found any effect on my tummy yet but yes the legs, thighs and hands are doing well... I think the the tummy effect will also be noticed in the long run...

I'm writing this after weeks, With my experience I don't find this much effective in reducing the tummy. As u r wrong balanced with the spring force, u r muscles doesn't experience much pressure... Especially tummy muscles... But it is good for hand muscles, u can work like gym. I suggest unto take single spring one, u can do more no.iterations.
If u r aim is reduce tummy, instead of using this, do normal exercises, u can refer YouTube for this.
