Raw & Green Green Cardamom/Elaichi Premium 1 kg  (1 kg)

A 1 kilogram package featuring finely hand-sorted premium quality green cardamom (choti elaichi) pods.Our green cardamom pods are sourced from South India and are about 5-8 mm in size. Variants of 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg are available. You can use the whole pods (remove them before serving the dish) or powder the seeds and add that. You don’t need to discard the skin (pods) and even though they cannot be used as spice because they are extremely fibrous, you can still use them in infusions.
