Fabulous!
Timely delivery and installation of my reach bike. Initial product has some problems so returned . Company was prompt to acknowledge it and replaced with new product.product was installed by company technician next day and all the parts are working fine. Installation technician was good and knowledgeable. Happy with the product finish and quality. Let’s hope this time I won’t have to replace it bcoz I purchased it after few of my friends having it.

Pretty good
Makes a sound at higher resistance and even though it's mobile the mobility is very difficult as the incline angle the wheels at its very difficult to move the cycle no matter how hard you try, overall a good bike but at this price point just go for a magnetic resistance ones because finding the resistance wool pads will be very hard to find once newer models come into the picture

Did not meet expectations
Not smooth means ball bearing are not smooth feel like some hindrance . Pedal bear ing should be better quality . At this new stage it is like this if you use this some time it will be bad condition .
