I fell in love with book when i first heard bout it and how i waited to buy this for weeks for i am very poor and when i did get to buy it my oh my it blew ma mind i finished it on the day it arrived the universe the references and the characters are amazing.
Just buy it if you remember playing all the old games on our pirated consoles.

It really brings the geek out of ya! It only took me less than 2 weeks to finish reading it, but it was worth every second. Believe me, I am not typically a book reader. I haven't read any sci-fi books before, EVER. But I saw the trailer for the movie and I knew it was what I'd been searching for. Full of pop-culture refernces, 80's stuff, music, arcade games etc. I got a lot of geek knowledge too.


PS : You will love the chemistry between the protagonists.

What a story, it is narrated really well. The movie and the book have a different instances throughout the length of story. But I liked this better than movie. Recommended book for scientific fiction genre.

I really liked the book and dare I say it almost cured my Hunger Games Hangover.

The world building is awesome and I cared so much about the main characters. Even though there were a lot of ‘80s references, the didn’t hinder my enjoyment level.
