Nice product
Product is value for Money. Only concern is installation people who deliberately try to extort money from people by deliberately adding extra copper wire , drainage pipe, silver tape etc to install the product. There is sufficient wire etc available with the product. Company should take feedback of installation people .

This product is very good with 4 in 1 convertible quality and 5 star rating at this Affordable price.
Overall this product is upto the expectation for good cooling, energy savings(5 star) , Air flow throw and 4 in 1 convertible function and mainly a good product at this much of Affordable price having such functions.
The only negative Point I found that while using it is that... The operation of indoor unit become noisy as the tonnage increases as compared to other company AC... I think...

I like product features like ac operate through smart app via wifi,But colling wise comparatively other brands like LG, Samsung, Bluestar, Voltas more better,I feel realme need be improve his product hardware rather than technology.

Does the job
My installation was done after 5 days. And cooling is normal
I think the air that comes from the ac is less cool as compared to any other brand Ac but it manage to maintain the room temp according to your set temp.
