Good quality product
First of all the features are best in the market for this price. But i feel bit worried about the motor and it's life span. If a brand itself gives only 3 years warranty on it then how come a individual gets trust on the product.
Even if they charged but high and provided a motor which they can provide warranty upto a 10+ years then it will be really good.

Did not meet expectations
I recently purchase realme 9kg washing machine, hardly we 4 to 5 time since purchased. Now machine started giving error E1, now we raised technician call. Don't know how long it will take to fix this issue.
Not happy, at least a year washing machine should work without problem.
