These are really good pair of Training shoes. I don't do crossfit, but i do a lot of short time, squats and weight lifting at gym. I could feel the difference in stability and traction from day one. Loved it. Was recommended by my friends who are into CrossFit.. worth the buy and for it for a loot discounted price.. go for it if you are looking for a cross training shoes for lifting and running ahort distances say.. 5km daily runs..

Very comfortable cross training shoes. It provides excellent sole stability. Ideal for powerlifting and runs. I don’t think they would last long for Indian road runs.
