| Author Info | - Dr. Dipa Mitra, Post Doc (Gold), Ph.D.(CU), M.Phil (1st class 1st), MBA (HR & Marketing), B.Sc (Maths) is Associate Professor and Coordinator, M.Phil & Ph.D Progrmme, at Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, affiliated to University of Calcutta. A recipient of UGC research grant and a grant from Indian Council of Social Science Research along with National Research Council of Thailand for Bilateral Programme, Dr. Mitra is widely published across renowned journals in India and abroad, with Best Paper Awards at international conferences & journals for 6 times in her career till date.Furthermore she has received number of awards for her Research excellence such as Rastriya Gaurav Award, Eminent Educator Award, Outstanding Researcher Award etc. Lambert Publication, Germany has published her book on Service Quality. Other than that five more books on research studies have been published till date. One of her text book titled A Handbook of Retail Management: Principles & Practices has been published last year. In total, 7 of her books have been published as of now. She is associated with number of International Journals as Editorial Board Member and Reviewer. She has presented her research at Oxford and chaired session at Harvard; she is invited by XLRI, IITs, IMS-Delhi, BESU and premier management institutes & universities to deliver talks on her research. Out of 6 Ph.D. scholars, at present 5 Scholars are continuing their Doctoral Research Work under her supervision and one scholar has already submitted her thesis in University of Calcutta. She has mentored 10 M.Phil scholars (Degree awarded by University of Calcutta).
