Cheap and functional bar tape. I rapped it over my old tape, good grip and comfortable to hold, easy to install.

Decent quality bartape for budget category, the material is soft foam like with good enough feel and vibration absorption, don't expect leather or synthetic material. Comes without any adhesion and adequate length to cover whole handlebar.
