Reyal Plastic Chequered mould is widely used and most running Chequered design. Procedure to make Paver Block out of PVC mould in three steps. First make Concrete mixture with Cement , Sand and Aggregates and Water. Second step to pour mixture into mould and wait for 24 hours to harden the mixture. Third step to De-Moulding. Plastic mould is light in weight for better transport and handling. For 100 Ft. area work 142 pcs cement chequered tiles required.
