There are two versions of this book. The one on this page has been adapted for India. They've removed the preface, the detailed contents and the last chapter. The removal of the last chapter is what annoyed me. It shows the flow of designing an entire system which I think is really important.

Hi,
I need the cash memo for claiming in my company but it is taped to the cardboard cover which was partially open when i received it.
The cash memo is not in my name. its in the name of "valliveerlraja" and delivery address and ekart logistic details are in my name. for claiming I need the cash memo in my name.
Packing was not rigid.
Please make some arrangements for the cash memo in my name so that i can claim from my company.
