Utterly Disappointed

It does not cover the entire glass. No I am not talking about the bit of frame that's outside the display area. The display area itself is not fully covered.
The installation manual suggests that after removing the layer that protects the sticky part of the screen guard, you install it and then use the plastic tool to remove any bubbles. there is supposed to be a protective layer on the non sticky part. To my horror, after installation and removing bubbles with the plastic tool, I found that...
