if you are a writer, its for your nice and easy prints .. dont expect a best quality for print but works fine for text .. if images on paper, that shows its from a cheap laser printer ..

However in 2500/- if this one makes you 5000 copies means you skimmed it a lot ..
lets see .. as I just had 30 prints from it .. but it works well ..

They could make it better in terms of design .. takes much of Surface Area ..
its thinnest but guys don't get fooled by it ..just making nonsense statement...

It is very good budget laser printer, I got it for Rs 2500 from flipkart, now they are selling it for 3900, u can very well imagine that how the demand of this product is increasing day by day.
Quality of print is good, takes less time than many other laser printers.
Also u can easily refill if it is out of cartridge with genuine refill pouch available on Ricoh website and company claims it can print 2000 pages from that refill (costs around 700)
So price per page is very very less.

I had already seen the printer at local dealer.
The printer was almost perfect for my needs.
Asked flipkart executive about date of manufacturing of the printer that could be delivered, the executive told me it would be not that old,like it would be 2013 ending-14.
But i received a printer manufactured in 2012.
Thankgod that toners dont dry up like inkjets,else i would have to go through the return process.
And now wsretail isnt selling this printer so price is higher even higher than the loc...

My ratings:
1. Delivery- As usual very quick
2. Packaging: not good the packaging was torn the box looked like old but the product looked OK to me (I took all the pictures)
3. This product was imported in 2011 I feel it is OK since you need to update the software
4. Performance: Did not take too many prints but it is good for this price, few review complained about paper jam, my observation if you do not open the paper support completely it will get stuck.

Received the printer promptly, in a good condition. Good printer for Less. Good service by flipkart. Recommend the same for students / light weight users. Installation was simple and output was of good quality.

I am using this printer for last three months. I got 2 refill pouches free on purchase(of 2K pages yield each-got it on my office in 10 days after registration on web). Very simple and easy to refill. I baught additional refill @ 650 rs of 2k page yield.
I tried with my MAC o/s but i came to know it doesnt support other than windows.

using it since more than 6 months. works flawless. it is slightly noisy, but then with the price i cannot complain on that. good output if you use the toner saver mode. definitely recommended. kudos !

very good economical easy to use printer. i have find very good printer priror to use, and thanks to flipcart for his fast and reliable delivery.

Bought this one is June 2014, for 25 hundred bucks. More than 1600 pages printed till date. Cartridge came with some default toner. After 800 pages, print quality worsened so got first toner refill for 2 hundred fifty bucks. Easy to refill, DOY kind procedure.
CONS- 1.manual duplex works fine but not everybody likes it.
2.Excess humidity can result in some paper getting folds. Better use it in AC rooms if you live in humid weather. 25-30 pages waste so far.
