Update 09 Oct, 14 | Counter @ 1133: Original toner chip lets you print 1133 pages. (Keep an eye on counter)
Refilled toner. Rs. 100 for powder and Rs. 150 for new chip (got locally).
Update 01 Mar, 15 | Counter @ 3005: New chip stopped printing after 1872 pages. I was waiting for new chip to arrive. Tried to reuse the original (first) chip and it WORKED.
Update 20 Mar, 15 | Counter @ 3345: I got another 340 pages out of original chip. Reinserted second chip and printer started working again....

Purchased the printer from another ecommerce site as flipkart was not shipping to my location. Got a great bargain at < Rs. 3K !

Wanted a duplex and networked printer at a 'reasonable' cost. At the pricing above it was an absolute steal ! Was a bit afraid that the shipped product may not be new or in good condition, but figured that in that case, I could return it. So......

Now, although the box that arrived was apparently opened (invoice was inside the box - should have been outside...

Trust me at this price you will never find a printer this good. Its a workhorse. No jams prints on and on on. Duplex printing and networking helps you save paper and print wirelessly. My Ricoh SP300DN printer is connected to the router always and not to the PC! Takes in 300 pages!!! Prints on lots of variety of papers,has 64MB memory generally HP and the likes well over this price has 2 to 8MB max. Has an actibe cooling system. Printing speed is too fast at 28ppm!!! It has a monthly printing ...

Received a defective printer first time and was promptly replaced by flipkart with a new one. Though it was a little inconvenient, but its OK. No gripe with Flipkart Service.
The printer itself is good. Its fast, it has duplex printing, Ethernet connectivity at a very good price. It only prints A4 and below.
Real problem starts after the Included toner cartridge empties. Refilling doesn't work. Original Cartridge costs around Rs 3800/- and its hard to find. I purchased this after i read some...

ip address changes every time you start the printer ! It is making trouble.Better to avoid. It never supply drivers for win 7 64 bit.

amazing product ! set it up with my wifi router and it prints wirelessly - amazing quality and speed .. only set up is a bummer where u need to set up PAPER type and then choose same paper type in each program such as excel / word etc else will show paper error

To my previous complaint of a boken spare in transit. I complained to Ricoh and they fixed the issue in one day. My printer is fully functional and im very happy with flipkart and Ricoh; Amazing deal. Hope everyone can make benefit of this. Same printer with different company costs much much more.
