Directed by Carlos Saldanha, Rio 2 is an animated adventure comedy film which stars the voices of Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway, pop celebrity Bruno Mars, Flight of the Conchords’ Jemaine Clement, Academy Award-winner Jamie Foxx and 7-time Grammy Award-winner will.i.am. The storyline of this movie which is a sequel to Rio follows the blue macaws Blu and Jewel and their three children. The macaws, along with a motley crew of birds, find themselves confronted by the vicious Nigel in the Amazon rainforest this time. Blu also has to tackle his father-in-law.
