    I personally do not like strawberry flavour much, which was very overpowering in it. Nothing like a chocolate as compared to the Muscleblaze protein bar. Also, it isn't that filling may be because of the wafery texture it has. But definitely go for the amount of protein and other vital nutrients it is enriched with.
