About The Authors

V. Pattabhi Ram is a freelance journalist and a guest faculty at the ICAI, Chennai, with a special interest in providing consultancy services for companies on topics like Pricing, Funding, and Product Costing.

He has co-authored several finance related books like Strategic Financial Management and First Lessons In Strategic Management (For CA- IPCC Students).

He completed his articleship at Fraser & Ross in Chennai, and has been in practise since 1988. He also occupies the position of Guest Faculty at ICFAI, and Bharathidasan Institute of Management, and is an editor for a personal finance website.

Seetha Srikanth is also a freelance journalist, and works in association with Tata Consultancy Services.
